A public hearing will be held at the Highland Village Planning & Zoning Commission meeting on August 15 at 7:00 p.m. and the City Council meeting on August 22 at 7:30 p.m. Both meetings will take place at the Highland Village Municipal Complex located at 1000 Highland Village Road. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on proposed amendments to the zoning district ordinance for The Shops at Highland Village to include the removal of the southern courtyard area located between Lambeau’s America and Chico’s and Soma to allow for the construction of additional parking.
The details and drawings will be included in the meeting agendas and posted to the City website within 72 hours before the scheduled meeting, as required by law.
