Atmos Energy Responds to Customer Complaints of Higher than Normal Bills

Some Highland Village residents have voiced concerns over higher than normal gas bills from Atmos Energy. We contacted Atmos and learned resident bills are estimated every other month, with the difference in actual usage applied when the meter is read. If a customer has a question about the accuracy of their bill, they should contact Atmos at 888-286-6700.
