The Concert in the Park event that was scheduled to take place at Doubletree Ranch Park tomorrow evening (Saturday, September 22) is cancelled due to the inclement weather that is expected to hit Highland Village and the rest of North Texas throughout the weekend. Our department has been monitoring the weather all week long and the forecast continued to worsen throughout the week. This decision was made to ensure the safety of everyone involved with the concert, including concert attendees. The Concert in the Park will not be re-scheduled for this year. We look forward to re-scheduling with King George to bring them back out to Highland Village to perform sometime in the next year. Those exact details will be announced as they become available.
