Walk the Park at Copperas Branch Park has been rescheduled for Thursday, May 23 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Walk the Park gives interested parties a chance to walk the site with staff to provide ideas that they would like to see in the master plan.

City Manager's Weekly Update

Several Council members and staff attended the Annual Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast at Lakeland Baptist Church this week. The Prayer Breakfast is a time to honor God and pray for our community, state, and national leaders. Additionally, the keynote speaker this year was Dr. Tony Evans, the founder and senior pastor of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas. Dr. Evans spoke to the sold out crowd about being a good communicator, mixing in relatable stories and analogies with sports.
