Naming / Renaming of City Facilities

In 2016, the City Council adopted Resolution 2016-2639 establishing guidelines and procedures relating to the naming and renaming of City facilities and streets.  An application packet may be downloaded here or you may pick up a packet in the City Secretary's Office.  All applications must be completed in its entirety and returned to the City Secretary's Office, located in the Municipal Complex at 1000 Highland Village Road.
