Tai Chi 

Tai Chi is a wellness practice of even, gentle and slow movement that provides increased balance, improved flexibility and stress reduction.  No experience necessary and is suitable for those with limited range of motion.  Please wear loose fitting clothes and flat bottomed shoes.
