AOR 12

Officer Spillman - Personal Message

Greetings, my name is Officer Spillman. I was born in Jackson Mississippi and moved to Highland Village when I was 2 years old. I was raised in this close knit community where I attended Highland Village Elementary School, Brairhill Middle School, and graduated from Marcus High School in 2009. I began my Law enforcement career with the Galveston Police Department in 2016 and was assigned to the patrol division where I also served as a Field Training Officer, and TCOLE Instructor. I am fortunate to be able to return to service in my hometown. It is a great joy and pleasure to be back in this great community and I look forward to working in tandem with the citizens and AOR to prevent crime, protect all citizens and make a safe community for all.

AOR 12:

If you ever have any questions about safety or crime please give one of us a call and we will be happy to meet with you. Our job as your AOR Officers is to monitor Area 11 for crime conducive conditions and to make certain that your questions and concerns are addressed promptly. While patrolling Area 11 we look for things such as suspicious people, suspicious vehicles, faded traffic and street signs, and children who forgot their safety helmets.

There are two large business developments currently planned for AOR 12. AOR 12 is located in the in southwest corner of Highland Village along FM 407 and Village Parkway. It is comprised mainly of the “business district.“  In regards to crime, typically in our business area we receive occasional reports of criminal mischief and shoplifting, but other than that there are no major crimes.

The Highland Village business district is an attractive area in which to shop and run errands. Merchants of all types are represented and with the expansion of FM 407 we hope that retailers will continue to experience positive growth.  AOR 12 is a fun, safe and peaceful place to live and a delightful place to shop. Contact me if you would like more information about our AOR.
