Officer Lemoine - Personal Message

Hello, my name is Shane Lemoine. I was born in Dallas, Texas and now live in Forney, Texas. I joined The U.S. Navy Reserves in 2015 and deployed in 2020. I graduated from the Police Academy in 2017 and I started my career in Lancaster, Texas. I love to spend my free time with my daughter as well as staying active at the gym. I also enjoy watching or playing sports and traveling. I look forward to growing with the Highland Village Police Department and the Highland Village community to help keep AOR 6 safe.

AOR 6

If you ever have any questions about safety or crime please give one of us a call and we will be happy to meet with you. Our job as your AOR Officers is to monitor Area 6 for crime conducive conditions and to make certain that your questions and concerns are addressed promptly. While patrolling Area 6 we look for things such as suspicious people, suspicious vehicles, faded traffic and street signs, and children who forgot their safety helmets.

There are approximately 445 homes and 1,445 residents in AOR 6.  AOR 6 is located on the south central side of Highland Village and includes the Briarhill subdivision, Briarhill Middle School, Heritage Elementary School and Christa McAuliffe Elementary School.

Traffic can be a concern in AOR 6, because of its proximity to FM 407.  Residents should also be cautious in the mornings and afternoon when school zone speed limits are in effect.  In regards to crime, AOR 6 is very safe, but as always, residents should be aware of suspicious persons or vehicles and report them immediately to our officers.  AOR 6 is a fun, safe and peaceful place to live. Contact me if you would like more information about our AOR.
