Hello, my name is Javier Noriega. I was born and raised in Denton, Texas and graduated from Denton High School. Shortly after graduating high school I enlisted in the Marine Corps Reserves in 2014 and I am currently serving. I am a graduate of the Tarrant County College Police Academy. When I am not at work I enjoy working out, playing video games, watching sports, and working on my car. I’m happy to work for the City of Highland Village and excited to serve this awesome community.
