Public Information Request
In accordance with the Texas Public Information Act, the public has the right to request access to city records either for public inspection or to obtain copies (fee may apply) of records already in existence. A governmental body is not required to create new information, do legal research or answer questions. All requests for public information must be made in writing. To submit a request, you may use the online Public Information Request Center, which will allow you to track the status of your request, correspond with city staff and download responsive records once they have been made available. You may also submit a request via the approved methods as established by Resolution 2021-2926.
