Come learn the benefits and basics of yoga, play fun yoga games, and much more! We will move our bodies in fun ways while learning how to breathe deep, focus, and relax. After yoga we will take part in journaling and arts & crafts projects. Please wear comfortable clothes and pack a swimsuit with sunscreen. If time allows and there is space available, we will play in the splash pad.
