How do I set up water, sewer & garbage services?

You may activate water, sewer, and garbage services in Highland Village on-line through 2TurnItOn, or by downloading an "Application for Water Service" form (Click here to View the Application). After filling out the form, you may:

Please be aware that a $50 deposit is required to set-up service (except customers who are 65 years of age or older). For applications that were submitted e-mailed or faxed in, the $50 deposit fee will be added to the customer's first bill. The deposit will be refunded to customers on their final bill or when the customer turns 65.

Electronic Payment Drafting
