The City of Highland Village’s Utilities Operations Division is responsible for providing residents with water, sewage, and drainage services. Garbage and recycling services in Highland Village are contracted out to Waste Management, Inc. Click on any of the links below to learn more about Highland Village’s utility services:
Utility Billing Rates & Schedules
Please follow the links to see the billing rate schedules for the following utilities:
- Drainage rate: The monthly fee is calculated at a rate of $1.20 per 1,000 square feet of impervious surface per household. The average household will be charged $4.91 per month.
- Garbage and recycling services rate: Billed by Waste Management, Inc. at a rate of $13.40 per household and at a discounted rate of $12.17 for senior citizens.
