Reservations for pavilions can be made online at www.activenet.active.com/hvparks
You can also come in person to the Robert and Lee DuVall Center at 948 Highland Village Road.

Pavilion Information
- All facilities reserved are accepted as is. The Parks and Recreation Department will not perform special services.
- Alcoholic beverages in any form are prohibited by city ordinance.
- Motorized vehicles are restricted to paved roads and designated parking areas. These vehicles must not drive on the grass, even for purposes of loading/unloading supplies.
- All reservations must comply with all other applicable City of Highland Village park use rules and regulations.
- All fires must be maintained in grill receptacles.
- The permit holder assumes responsibility for damage to, or maintenance of, facilities growing out of usage beyond normal wear.
- The use of loudspeakers, amplifiers, or microphones, is prohibited, except with written approval from the Parks and Recreation Department.
