City Begins Cart Recycling

The city has entered into a new contract with Waste Management. Beginning August 21 and running through August 27, residents will receive a 65 gallon recycling cart. A detailed information sheet is included with the delivery of the cart. A small number of 35 gallon carts are available on a first come, first served basis for those who desire a smaller cart. Blue bags will continue to be an option for recycling. Waste Management will exchange your recycling cart for blue bags by calling 972-315-5400. You may recycle by blue bags or a cart, but not both.
