Utility Crews on Standby to Assist with Thawing Water Pipes

The City of Highland Village Utilities Division will have crews standing by Saturday, February 5 and Sunday, February 6 to turn off residential and commercial water meters when the temperatures rise to above freezing and the frozen pipes thaw. Please call dispatch at 972-317-6551 if you require assistance in having your water shut off. The City expects to have a high volume of calls, crews will be dispatched in the order calls are received. Please allow additional response time as the roads may still be slick. Please have your water meter box cleared of any debris so the crews can locate it and access it.
