Municipal Court
Effective September 26, 2006 - Highland Village Municipal Court became a Court of Record. All appeals will be perfected in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Texas Government Code.

Teen Court
Teen Court is a program where youthful offenders have an opportunity to keep their records clean. This program is designed as alternative corrective action to paying fines utilizing community service and jury service. The City of Highland Village participates with the City of Denton to provide a Teen Court for our teen violators.
