The purpose of the hearings is to consider an amendment to Ordinance #07-1023, a Non-Residential Planned Development District providing a mixed-use development of non-residential and residential uses, known as “The District of Highland Village”. The proposed amendment would amend a portion of an existing Concept Plan to allow 98 multi-family units for the northwest quadrant of the Briarhill Blvd. and FM 407 intersection.
All persons interested in the rezoning are encouraged to attend this hearing.
