Free Gun Locks
HVPD participates in Project ChildSafe , a gunlock program sponsored by the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division.
FREE gunlocks are available at the Police Department for anyone who is interested. You may also stop any police officer and they will also be able to supply you with one.
Help us protect kids from accidental firearms injuries and deaths.
Keep your guns and ammunition locked and away from children.
Ask any officer or contact us at HVPD@highlandvillage.org for more information about gun safety or to receive a free gunlock.
