City Council Meeting

The City of Highland Village conforms to the Open Meetings Act of Texas. Meeting agendas must be posted at least 72 hours prior to meetings of the City Council or other committees, boards, or commissions. The official posting site for agendas is the city bulletin board at the Municipal Complex located at 1000 Highland Village Road. Agendas provided here are for informational purposes only. All regular City Council meetings, Planning and Zoning meetings and Parks and Recreation Advisory Board meetings are televised on HVTV (16-Time Warner; 43-Verizon). City Council and Planning & Zoning meetings are re-played the Thursday following the meeting at 7:00 p.m. and the Saturday following the meeting at 8:00 a.m. Parks Board meetings are replayed the Wednesday following the meeting at 7:00 p.m. and the Saturday following at 1:00 p.m. Meetings can also be viewed live on this site by clicking on "View Meeting".
