Don Combs was elected to Council in May 2002. Mr. Combs, by appointment of the City Council, served as Mayor from January to May of 2006.
Mr. Combs has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from Brigham Young University and is self-employed.
Mr. Combs service to the city has included being a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Highland Village Community Center Committee. Mr. Combs is on the Board of Directors for the Highland Village Community Development Corporation.
Mr. Combs, wife Janet and their family have lived in Highland Village since 1985.
