Allowable Construction Working Hours & Construction Site Nuisances

The construction sites are a part of life in any growing community and with the construction of homes and buildings come general nuisances that are expected, to the surrounding business or homeowner.

General working hours for construction sites are:

Monday - Friday
7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
No excavation is allowed after 12:00 noon on Friday until 7:00 a.m. Monday.
Saturday work hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
No construction is allowed on Sunday or Holidays.

Construction site nuisances consist of:

Trash and trash containment
Lack of restroom facilities
Lack of erosion control
Demolition and alteration of work on any building or site.
