The City Manager's office continues to focus on Council's goal to "Enhance the quality of the life within Highland Village, while meeting the needs of the residential and business community" through the advancement of economic development, enhanced community communication, public safety, improvement of transportation alternatives, improvement of our parks and strengthening of the financial stability of the City. Our future success will require us to maintain our focus on the fundamental understanding of government's role in providing basic core services, while facilitating positive development for our employees and citizens, with responsible spending, efficient operations and a commitment to economic development as the primary way to increase revenues for future growth and capital initiatives.
