Agendas-Public Meetings
The City of Highland Village conforms with the Texas Open Meetings Act. The agenda for each City Council, board, commission and commitee meeting are posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. The official posting for such agendas, is the city bulletin board located at the Municipal Complex, 1000 Highland Village Road. Pursuant to legislation, agendas for each meeting are also posted on the city's website.
All regular City Council meetings, Planning and Zoning meetings and Parks and Recreation Advisory Board meetings are televised on HVTV (16-Time Warner; 43-Verizon).
