On April 4 the Denton County Transportation Authority began two new services in Highland Village - Connect Shuttle and Community On-Demand. These new services were designed to provide Highland Village residents more options to travel within the city and connect to other DCTA services.
Connect Shuttle is a peak-period bus service offered in Highland Village, Monday through Friday, from 5:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. (excluding major holidays). Passengers who ride the Connect Shuttle can also connect to other DCTA services such as the A-train commuter rail, Lewisville Connect Bus service and North Central Texas College (NCTC) Campus Shuttle.
