STAR Program

STAR stands for "Special Treatment and Response."  Residents participating in this voluntary program provide first responders with important information about themselves or family in case of an emergency.  This could include a medical condition, special situations or any instructions you feel could assist Fire or Police personnel, such as:

Hospice
DNR Orders
Alzheimers
Hearing/Sight Impaired
Autism
Special Needs

Once you register, the information will be entered in our Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.  We will provide you with a decal for the front window of your residence.  This decal will serve as a secondary reminder to responders.  Participants can change, update or cancel registration at any time.
