Sunday Morning Pilates Strength and Core for 50+

Life wreaks havoc on our bodies. Pilates Strength & Core is an effective antidote to this and is designed for active adults to stretch, strengthen and tone your body, help promote bone density, and increase flexibility. This class incorporates a series of unique strengthening mat and floor barre exercises, along with upper body strength training, which will improve your overall fitness level and leave you feeling refreshed, without stress or strain to your joints. Modifications included for all levels. Please bring a thick mat and a set of 2, 3, or 5 pound weights.

Time:          9:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.
Cost:          $35/month for 4 classes/month or $10 drop in fee (if there's a fifth Sunday in the month, there won't be a class)
